Their land is certified as organic.Behind the heather clad slopes,the hills are made of layers of sandstone and basalt which form a natural filter for the fresh rainwater.As the water passes through cavities it absorbs many wholesome minerals.It takes around 15 years for the water to complete its journey from raindrop to natural underground spring,and finally it reaches the point 60m below surface where they draw the water up and bottle it at source.
